We are proud to celebrate our very own Gilda Zaragoza, CEO of Invalesco Group, for being recognized as the Volunteer of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver at their Annual HBA Meeting. This award honors members who go above and beyond in their commitment to advancing the homebuilding industry and for anyone who knows Gilda, it’s no surprise that her name rose to the top.

This recognition highlights Gilda’s unwavering commitment to advancing the homebuilding industry and empowering others through mentorship and collaboration. Over the years, she has served in numerous leadership roles within the HBA, including Past Chair of the Young Leaders Council, Council Board Chair, Member of the Membership Committee, Past Co-Chair of the Innovation Summit, and Executive Board Member for three years. Through each of these roles, Gilda has helped shape meaningful conversations around innovation, affordability, and the future of homebuilding, while inspiring the next generation of industry leaders.

Her passion for mentorship and community doesn’t stop there. Gilda was also named an NAHB Young Professional Finalist and has proudly sponsored numerous initiatives and events throughout the years, always leading with generosity, creativity, and a spirit of collaboration. Whether she’s championing innovation, supporting her peers, or mentoring rising stars, Gilda’s influence continues to elevate those around her.
