Gilda Zaragoza is the Founder and Principal of Invalesco Real Estate.
With a background in finance and real estate development, Gilda brings a uniquely strategic perspective to commercial real estate — understanding not only how to market and transact properties, but how projects are envisioned, financed, designed, and brought to life. Her experience spans development consulting, project positioning, land acquisition, mixed-use opportunities, builder and investor relations, and sales strategy for complex developments.
Before founding Invalesco in 2018, Gilda worked at BlackRock in the Institutional Management Group, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and investor relations. She later earned her Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and has been involved in development projects since 2013.
Known for her collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, Gilda has helped position Invalesco as a trusted partner for developers, builders, investors, and community-driven projects across Colorado. Her work has included market-rate, mixed-use, and permanently affordable housing initiatives, with a focus on thoughtful growth, strong design, and long-term community impact.

Sarah Wallace Scott is a dedicated real estate advisor who combines deep market knowledge with a passion for ethical, sustainable living. With specialties in residential real estate, commercial real estate for nonprofits, and first-time homebuyers, Sarah brings a values-driven approach to every transaction—ensuring her clients’ goals are aligned with care for the community and the land.
Drawing from a rich background as an artist, educator, and permaculture practitioner, Sarah approaches real estate as more than a transaction—it’s a chance to reshape our relationship with the land. Daniela has spent the past years growing her development and real estate knowledge with a local Multi-Family Developer. Here she gained multi-faceted experiences ranging from condominium project sales, leasing and land acquisition. This has led her to being capable of maintaining knowledge of existing and new communities to help her clients understand the current market.
Daniela grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley where her love for nature and the environment became evident. This led her to studying Environmental Sustainability where she hopes to integrate sustainable practices in building and design.
