Welcome Nicole Aguilar

We are thrilled to welcome Nicole as the newest addition to the Invalesco Real Estate advisor team. Nicole brings a thoughtful blend of professional experience, community advocacy and client-centered care that aligns beautifully with our values and mission.

Before entering the real estate world, Nicole spent several years building a strong foundation in marketing, advertising and project management. This background allows her to navigate the many moving parts of a real estate transaction with precision and ease. From clear communication to seamless organization, Nicole’s approach helps clients feel confident and supported at every step.

Her passion for advocacy and inclusion is evident in her leadership roles as well. Nicole serves as Vice President of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Colorado Chapter and is an active member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors’ Diversity Alliance Committee. Through this work, she champions fair housing, accessibility and equitable practices across the industry. These commitments make her a powerful voice for positive change and a trusted resource for clients of all backgrounds.

As someone who is multi-neurodiverse, Nicole excels at adapting her communication and organizational style to meet each client exactly where they are. She believes wholeheartedly in creating an experience where no one feels overwhelmed or unsure during their real estate journey. Her empathy, patience and clarity are at the heart of her success.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole is all about family, community and Colorado living. She enjoys spending time with her family and their dogs, cheering on the Rockies, taking in concerts at Red Rocks and exploring the culture, food and nature that make Colorado such a vibrant place to call home.
