Erin Hollingsworth is a residential real estate advisor with over two decades of experience and licenses in both Colorado and Arizona. She has brokered a wide range of transactions including luxury homes, investment properties, new construction, fix-and-flips, foreclosures, probate sales, and complex off-market deals, across every market cycle since 2002.

She held an exclusive listing agreement with a luxury infill builder in Cherry Creek and LoHi, and specializes in the $700K–$3M segment across Denver's most desirable neighborhoods.

Erin moved 20 times before she turned 20. That personal history shaped everything about how she works. She understands that buying or selling a home is never just a transaction. It's a life moment. She approaches every client relationship with sharp market knowledge, honest strategy, and a sincere commitment to their wellbeing.

Beyond real estate, Erin is a Certified Therapeutic Journal Instructor with 15 years of experience, the founder of Sacred Spaces™, and the creator of the podcast Love is the Remedy. 

Her background also includes modeling and acting with Wilhelmina Denver, creative roots she continues to draw from in everything she does.
