Kassi Pelley

Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Kassi.

I’ve spent the past 16 years working in real estate, with experience across residential sales, investment, development, and design. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with everything from distressed properties and value-add investments to luxury homes valued at more than $2 million.

I also have extensive development experience, including fix-and-flips, ground-up single-family construction, and multifamily projects. I’m the co-owner and designer of Wolff House, a boutique residential development and design firm that allows me to combine my experience in real estate with my love for thoughtful design.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from Colorado State University, and I’m excited to bring my experience, creativity, and perspective to the Invalesco team. I look forward to connecting with you!
